The COA Module based on COB Encapsulating
 
 

COA is the latest encapsulating method which is based on COB,and decreased the resistance of heat at a large extent.

 
COB technology applied in LED encapsulating area is developed recent years. The former LED products encapsulated is lack of lumen and easy damaged. With the new innovation of raw materials and technology,the stabilization of COB has improved,and reaches the level of LED SMD in luminous efficiency, especially for our COA.
 
The low resistance of heat brings lower light failure, that’s why our COA is unique. The LED Chips of COA encapsulating is installed on Aluminum plate which makes the heat produced by chips can pass to the driver quickly,and it's really efficient for the release of heat.

The COA we have

1 The round 30mm module, Power: 2W-8W, voltage: 9V-200V, suit for LED Bulbs and LED Down Lights.

2 The round 50mm module, Power: 8W-30W, voltage: 12V-100V, suit for LED Down Lights and LED Ceiling Lights.

3 The bar 190mm*10mm module, Power: 3W, only for LED Tubes.

4 The Round 20mm module (customization), AC12V, 1W, for the illumination in cars.

5 The square module (customization), DC15V, 1A, for the streetlights.

6 The bar 180mm*15mm module (customization), only for LED Panel Lights.
